ABOUT MYSELF
I grew up in Italy, inspired by my father's infinite knowledge and nourished by my mother's gifted cooking. After my master in Marine Biology, I pursued and received my PhD in Marine Sciences at the Ghent University, where I worked as researcher for more than 15 years.
A world citizen at heart, I travelled the world and discovered that its beauty is intrinsically embedded in the diversity of all its peoples and their cultures.
My camera was first a travel companion.
Finally, after years of practice, I discovered how I am "my happiest self" when behind the lens, when people allow me to capture their beauty, when they trust me with their life moments.
I am the happiest when I can witness and capture love.
In 2025 I decided to step out of a world made of numbers and graphs, to enter the space of light and shadows, turning into a researcher of love, memories and emotions through the lens of my camera.
I welcome everyone independent of their race, gender identity, sexual orientation, social class and religious belief.
