Simon - Clement bespoke boots and footwear
As a bespoke shoemaker and "bottier", Simon-Clement De Moerloose creates shoes and boots that are uniquely designed to satisfy the client's needs while also ensuring durability and foot health. With a degree in orthopaedic footwear technology for sports and rehabilitation, Simon integrates this knowledge into classic and timeless footwear made of selected high quality leather. His designs are shaped by the handcraft he refined during months of apprenticeship with Italian shoemakers from Milan and Treviso — family ateliers where knowledge has been passed down for generations, and where Simon perfected his art.
Simon works from his home atelier, where he welcomes clients, measures their feet, and guides them on a journey through the world of bespoke footwear. Together, they choose the model, shape, leather, and many other details, ultimately creating a true work of art to be worn on your feet.
